The hardest bad behavior, for me, to get rid of is blame… pointing fingers, feeling superior to others.

I can see bad behavior, but to identify with it, to map it on myself is difficult.

But, ultimately that is what the Bug Free Mind book does: bring into conscious awareness that which you can’t do when you are aware and conscious… The behaviors that are below you, the behaviors that harm others, the behaviors that harm you. It’s a path to self-knowledge, a crystallization of the self… which you need to raise your vibration.

So, I finished the Bug Free Mind book, the first book…

The key to attainment is…

There is a key to attainment, and it is quite counter to human nature.

The master-disciple relationship is based on it, and today, we can say, safely, there is no such thing.

Every person that has every attained… attained to the highest level a human can go, invented it for themselves… because you can’t find it anywhere, and no one can teach it to you.

Does your cheerfulness irritate someone? Enough to wish you dead? More on attachments…

The difference between cords and energetic attachment, psychic attachment is many.
Cords don’t grow roots, they stay where stay landed. They cause damage only by virtue of being there.

Energetic attachments, psychic attachments are “alive” and grow roots, coil around an organ, go from one organ to another.

They are designed to kill, or at least debilitate. They grow fast and siphon your life away.

What does the Unconditional Love Activator do? Will it make you love yourself?

It helps you to bring a kind and sober eye to what you see…
But it is you who needs to do the looking.
One tool to force you to do the looking is my articles. In almost every article asks you to look at yourself, and if you told the truth, if you looked, you would see something ugly about yourself. If not, then you are lying. Those of you that got stuck at a relatively low vibration, in spite of your participation, are unwilling to look. So you lie.

Vibrational Review: Jesus Christ

I get my ideas of whose vibration to measure from people who search for names on my site.

Lots of people search for “Jesus vibration”

How do I measure vibration?

Step 1: I connect to Source.
Step 2: I connect to the person or idea I want to measure.
Step 3: I say: more than 200 and muscle test…
Step 4: If it is more than 200, I say more than 210, more than 220, etc. and I muscle test until my fingers open signifying a no. If it is not more than 200, I go downward from 200, until my fingers open.

Voluntary slavery

Sometimes I see something, or read something, and it hooks me.

I weep about it, dream about it, ponder about it.

If I know what it is that is significant, or if I even know what it is that I saw, I write a blogpost about it. After all, unless it is shared, I have a sense that it sunk back into the undifferentiated nothingness… as if it never happened.

This is why I ask my students to share… so far no one has gotten it… the gift that it is.

Osho: Self-knowledge is the most difficult thing

People ask my why I discontinued the Playground.

After all I loved that program… so why not continue indefinitely.

Two reasons: 1. There were only four participants. But that is not enough reason. 2. The Playground is a knowing yourself program, but knowing yourself needs to be done by you, not by me. People kept coming, but they didn’t continue the work of getting to know themselves at home, in their own time… So all that “self-knowledge” work I did with them was wasted.

Why? Because stronger forces won… You’ll see in this amazing talk, 40 years ago by Osho.

Are you stingy in your acknowledgments?

Stinginess… where is it coming from?

Unwillingness to allow another to have a part in your success, unwillingness to acknowledge what someone else did that helped you be successful, is what I call stingy.

Example from my youth…When I was in architecture school, my favorite teacher, young, dashing architect, was very co-creative in his approach to teaching.

Coughing and sneezing in the morning?

Coughing and sneezing are designed by the body as a strategy to eject an intruder. Mucus membranes overflow and cover the offending object, the intruder, and then a lot of air is to push it out.

The question is: what is the offending object?

Instead of just labeling this phenomenon as “I have allergies” consider that a little observation, a little awareness, a little witnessing can make a huge difference.

What is greed?

Man feels meaningless, empty, hollow within, and wants to fill it, stuff it. The effort to fill it somehow is greed. That effort is bound to fail for the simple reason because whatsoever you accumulate remains on the outside; it cannot reach within you. And the problem is within… and the solution you are seeking is without.

For example, you are feeling meaningless inside you and you are trying to fill it by money. It is a stupid effort, unconscious effort, not seeing a simple point: that money can be gathered, accumulated, but it will pile up around you. You can have mountains of money around you…there have been people with mountains of money.
