When Does Tithing Activate The Law Of Attraction?

tithingTithing Or Not Tithing, That Is The Question. Does tithing really work?

Now, why does this issue come up, and why now?

I have a client who asked this question, and because he has given me an opportunity to think this over, maybe even channel a little bit of knowledge, here is what I have come up with so far:

Tithing requires you to give from the seed level of vibration of gratitude. From that frequency you can activate value exchange. A value exchange, from a place of equal values changing hands, not from a place of being a bottomless pit in need, asking for handout, asking for more than you can give back. ((Most people live in a place of scarcity, where their experience of themselves is that they have nothing to give that they can do without)) What does that mean? Tithing is a kind of thank-you, appreciation (acknowledging value) expressed on the level of gratitude. ((The Law of Giving (I made the name up!) says that you are only allowed to give if what you get in return is the same emotional value, in the form of feeling good about yourself, etc. You are not allowed to give because someone needs it. You are not allowed to give because you are ordered to give. Giving needs to be voluntary, volitional, and SELFish. Everything else is an abomination, designed to rule you, to turn you into a sheep, a non-thinking zombie to perform acts for someone else’s benefit, but none for your own. It is against nature and therefore unnatural.))

So when people ask: what is the vibrational frequency of money, they really should say: what is the vibrational frequency of equal trade? I give you this and you give me that, and we are both winners.

As such a tool tithing works miracles, but there is a problem. Continue reading “When Does Tithing Activate The Law Of Attraction?”

How To Beat Depression Without Medication

How To Beat Depression Without Medication

Eppic Smith

You Can Beat Depression… if you recognize it as depression

I found this article when I searched for the phrase “beat depression.”

Many of us are depressed. Depression can be low-grade or raging… I am most interested in the low-grade depression, it is easier to beat depression that is low-grade without medication.

The writer of this article uses valid arguments for self-management, but misses a lot of factors, like what did he do, exactly, that allowed him to beat depression to begin with.

He says he took responsibility for his feeling down and out, ad he kicked the medications… so far so good.

But what he isn’t saying is that depression is a sign of something.

What is it a sign of? In my experience, as a once depressed person (for 40 years!) I have noticed a few common characteristics with my coaching clients.

  1. I lacked desire.
  2. I was not happy with myself
  3. I could not see myself clearly doing what I thought I wanted to do… the picture was there like fuzzy patches, but not like a movie.

So, how do you get out of these three interconnected and synergistic (negatively) states of mind?

I think that the easiest is to start with number 2.

Why? Because it is easier go get happy(er) with yourself, especially because you need energy for the other two, and having a good feeling about yourself will give you energy.

You can also start really small, like doing something that you consider hard to do, but still doable, like

The Wall, The Ladder, and Your Life’s Purpose: How do you get Guidance from The Soul?

guidance from the soulMany people walk around with an immense amount of knowledge. Yet, in their professional life, they jump from one thing to the other. They’re directionless because they zigzag. They go to this direction and then they go to that direction and they go in the third direction and then they return to the first one, and on and on it goes.

That’s how my life looked for years after I finished publishing the magazine and this is how my friend’s life looks.

He’s my chiropractor friend. He has a business, he’s a chiropractor. He has been a chiropractor for 23 years. He knows a lot about how to adjust people. He has added energy work and Ayurveda but his heart isn’t into it.

So he publishes a newsletter, he does self-improvement work, he volunteers, he follows a guru, he goes to India, he goes to ski, he does all kinds of things. He even recorded an audio-book for me,  but after all this doing, you can see, that he has no direction, he has no path.

He has a lot of knowledge, a lot of possibilities, but no direction, no ‘Guidance from The Soul.’ Just restlessness, and a sense that it’s all fun, and it’s all good, but it isn’t going anywhere.

Here is this little story that may shed some light to what’s missing for him, and what may be missing for you.

In this story the job is to put a ladder next to a wall and that is the job to do. The manager gets the workers put up the tall ladder and then they are working for instructions to what to do next. Except that they put up the ladder against the wrong wall. What happened?

The idea came to put up the ladder, but the wall wasn’t specified. It should have come, but there was no leader…

The leader is the person who decides on the specific wall. The manager is the middleman who makes the workers put up the ladder against the correct wall, and the workers are the people who do the work.

When we are talking about your life’s work, or your life purpose, your path: who is the leader, who is the manager, and who is the worker?
